2009 ifa Roster Form
For DF Softball Events
Teams
must have a current Signed Roster submitted prior to
playing in a DF Softball event
- Click the link below and fill in the
roster form
- Teams must be registered and have a ifa
membership number
- Print out the roster and have the
players and parent sign the form
- Submit a signed copy of the roster
to DF Softball prior to your first DFS event
- Be sure to keep a copy of the signed
roster for your records

Excel versions of the roster form
For
pdf version, if you only have Acrobat Reader, you will not be able to
save your
filled-in roster. You can only save a filled-in roster if you
have a full version of Adobe Acrobat or have software that will covert
the pdf to Excel
For Excel version, if you can download in Excel, you will be able to
add information in and save as a file.
You can then email a copy of your roster to dennis@dfsoftball.com
If you are adding a player(s) after the
initial roster form is submitted, fill out a new roster form with the
added player(s) and have the signatures completed. Submit this
additional roster prior to your next tournament. You do not have
to fill out and obtain all signatures for the additional roster form.
