2010 IFA
Team Registration
2010 IFA
Team Registration for all Regions will be under one central website.
IFA has
contracted with VTD (Virtual
Tournament Director) for the 2010 softball season to
manage IFA registration
and
Insurance. IFA now has online membership for
$35.00 per team.
"Optional" team insurance
can also be purchased for
$60.00 per team, but you must be an
IFA member in
order to purchase
our insurance. Team insurance covers all players listed
on your current 2010 IFA roster. IFA team insurance has the same
coverage limits as
insurance offered by other organizations but at a GREAT price.
Instructions
To Register on the VTD Website
1) Go to the VTD
website at www.fastpitchsoftball.net. At the upper left corner,
there is a Members Login link
and sublinks for Password Support and Free Login. If you have a
VTD identity, click "Members Login."
2) If you do not
already have a VTD identiy - create one by clicking the "Free Login" link.
You will be registering as a "Team" -
Click "Sign Me Up Now" at
the bottom.
3) Fill out the New
User Information and "Submit".
You will be emailed a password - retrieve your password and go
to the VTD website and click the "Members Login link" - login
with your email and password.
4) You will see a
Welcome page with security rights as a Head Coach or Manager - Click
the "Registration" link
located
about 3/4 of the
way down the left column blue menu.
5) You will be
viewing an instruction page for Registration, Insurance and ID
Cards. Note that Insurance
and ID Cards
are OPTIONAL ITEMS
and not required to be purchased. After reading the
information,
"Click
Here To Start The Process".
6) You will be
viewing a page with various options. Select "IFA Travel Team Registration." You have the
option of purchasing insurance from IFA at the
fantastic rate of $60 per team. You will be required to provide
proof of insurance before you play in an IFA event and we do accept
insurance purchased from other brokers.

Registration - if you are purchasing insurance, also check the
Insurance box. Submit this page"
7) You will be viewing the "Invoice"
page which shows the Registration amount and any optional items.
Review
the items and go to "Click Here To Pay By Credit Card".
We would highly prefer that you choose this option
as your registration will be immediate and you will
be able to proceed with filling out your roster and be ready
to play in an IFA event.
Sending a check to VTD can cause delays of 5 days or more.
8) Fill out the
Credit Card information and submit payment. You will receive a
registration number and you can now
fill out your team roster.
Player
Cards is an "OPTIONAL ITEM" on the VTD website.
You ARE NOT REQUIRED to purchase player cards.
