ENTRY FEES ARE DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENT

Refund Policy
A refund of the Entry Fee will be provided if a team cancels before the entry deadline, which is the 
Saturday (7 days) before the tournament.  A full refund or roll over to a future DFS tournament will be applied if a team
cancels before 7:00PM on Sunday prior to the scheduled event.  Teams will be refunded their entry fee minus $75 if  
they cancel on Monday or Tuesday prior to the scheduled event unless a team is found to take your place.
Brackets are posted on Wednesday unless there is a problem with teams entered or fields which causes late revisions. 
There will be no refund if a team cancels on or after Wednesday.

Weather & Rain Out Policy
The weather and field conditions will be closely monitored during the week of the tournament.  If 
the weather conditions and /or the field conditions are questionable, we will announce our 
decision to proceed or cancel the tournament by 3:00PM, Friday, before the tournament. 
If the tournament is cancelled on Friday afternoon, refunds will be issued or the fees rolled 
over to another DF Softball Tournament.

If the tournament is cancelled after play has begun, a pro-rated refund or credit towards another
DF Softball Tournament will be as follows:

The  IFA registration fee will not be refunded
Most of our events are 2 day - 4 game format but our refund policy is based upon 3 games.
Our average entry fee is $375.  Some tournaments will vary due to location and field costs.
For the first game started, $175.00 will be deducted from the $375.00 entry fee.
 $100.00 will be deducted for the 2nd and 3rd game started or completed.
The remainder will be refunded or credited, whichever the team prefers.
Awards will be given out if a winner can be determined by the results of the completed games.
