Entry Fee - $425 if postmarked by April 24 - There will be no gate fee at this event $435 after April 24 and for credit card payment A DF Softball Roster / Waiver Form must be submitted by every team at their first 2010 DFS event A supplemental Roster / Waiver shall be submitted if a team adds player(s) with only the new player's name and required signature. The Supplemental Roster /Waiver will be attached to the original form submitted.
